To determine sizing use these tips:

If you are in your eighth month measure around the part of your tummy that is biggest all the way around, which is usually around the belly button.  Then use the chart below to choose the corresponding size.

If you are just prior to delivery, subtract 3-5 inches from your measurement and select the corresponding band for that size.
