In order to minimize returns we are happy to answer any questions you have about any of the merchandise we carry. Please feel free to call us at 732-451-1236 during our normal business hours -
M-F 10am-8pm, Sat. 10am-5pm and Sun. 11am-4pm EST.
We will be happy to accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase in which store credit will be given or an exchange can be made less shipping and handling costs. The merchandise must be unused and unworn with original tags attached accompanied by a receipt.
FINAL SALE items include: Undergarments, Jewelry, Socks, Hair Accessories, Skin Care, Swimwear, Special/Custom Orders, Nursing Apparel and Special Occasion. Sorry, no exceptions.
Christening/Baptism items are accepted for a size exchange only. Shipping costs may apply if the item is not in stock.
We stand behind the companies we carry and look for the greatest of quality when stocking our merchandise, however, some fabrics are delicate and require special care. Therefore, Modern Baby will not be responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear so please pay close attention to care instructions.
In store returns are always welcome if you live in the area. Otherwise, please call at 732-451-1236 or e-mail us @ modernbabyweb@comcast.net for a Return Authorization # and include the following information when making a return:
1 - Your name, address, phone # and e-mail address
2 - Reason for return
3 - Copy of the original receipt or packing slip
4 - A request for store credit or exchange for another item
