Can I pick my order up in the store?

You can ABSOLUTELY pick your items up at Modern Baby if you live nearby.  Simply enter the code PICKUP in the coupon box at checkout and you will not be charged shipping.

How will my order ship and what will it cost?

We ship orders Monday through Friday using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  Express mail or overnight delivery are also available upon request.

Our shipping costs are based on your purchase amount as follows:

• $1.00-$50.00 =  $5.95
• $51.00-$75.00 = $6.95
• $76.00-$100.00 = $7.95
• $101.00-$150.00 = $8.95
• $151.00 and up = $9.95

When will I receive my order?

Orders for in-stock items typically take 1 business day to process (excluding holidays and weekends) and should arrive within 7 days of the purchase date unless expedited shipping is requested.

Can I ship to different locations?

If you need to ship to multiple addresses, seperate orders will need to be placed.

Will my shipping be refunded with a return?

Shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a defective item.

We ask that you verify your shipping address as we will not be responsible for returned packages due to an incorrect address and the shipping charges will not be refundable.
